During the class with lunch provided, Wes Shirley of The Full Bowl will demonstrate how to use whole foods such as rice, beans, fresh vegetables and spices/herbs to create healthy, delicious, filling and environmentally friendly dishes. Learn how to use spices to create completely different flavor profiles even when everything else is held constant.

MENU: Chana Masala and West African Chickpea Stew, served over brown rice and topped with fresh cilantro. Additional sauces include a few kinds of chutneys and a banana chipotle sauce to accompany the meal.
