Art is a form of meditation when the mind is allowed to create without much thought or instruction. It is a therapeutic way of allowing your mind to calm, reset and reduce internal noise. During this workshop participants will get an introduction to two meditative practices: guided meditation designed to reduce stress, mind chatter and calm to the mind. Secondly, an Automated Drawing exercise designed to release creative energy from the subconscious. No experience in any type of meditation or drawing is necessary, you need only an open mind to be successful.
